The user agrees to use the platform exclusively for legitimate business purposes, provide truthful information during registration, and not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login data and for the activities carried out under their account.
Sbisales shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption resulting from force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or actions of third parties. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific business results. The user assumes the risk associated with the use of forecasting and analysis functionalities.
All content, code, design, and documentation of Sbisales are the exclusive property of the company. The user obtains a limited, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of their subscription. Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized redistribution of the platform is prohibited.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Sbisales reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice via email or notification on the platform. Continued use after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.
